Project Features
– Our Turkish Kocan project Zenith by Özyalçın, where the deep blue Mediterranean will be laid under your feet, is located in the Edremit region of Kyrenia.
– Our total project area is 15,000 m2.
– Our project consists of 18 villas as Type A and Type B.
– Our Type A villa model consists of 16 (9+2) villas and our Type B villa model consists of 2 (5+1) villas. Our Type A villa consists of 3 floors as Basement Floor, Ground Floor and First Floor, and our Type B villa consists of 2 floors as Basement Floor and Ground Floor.
– All our villas have access to sea and mountain views, their own private garden terraces and outdoor garages.
– All of our villas have their own outdoor pools. Pool sizes vary according to the square meters of the villas.
– 1st class ceramic flooring and laminate parquet are used in our interiors.
– Internet, satellite, telephone and camera infrastructure is available.
– For the walls, heat-insulated eco-therm bricks, pumice or aerated concrete blocks were used on the exterior and standard bricks, pumice or aerated concrete were used on the interiors.
– All our villas have central air conditioning, underfloor heating, insulation, HVAC, garden irrigation systems, water tank and generator.
– There is a barbecue area in the gardens of all our villas.
– 1st class electrical materials, led spot lighting and environmental lighting were used.
– All of our Type A and Type B villas have a wine cellar, laundry, gym, sauna room and jacuzzi.
– Only our Type A villa model has an elevator.
– Only our Type A villa model has a spa/wellness area, both indoor and outdoor garage area and access to the exterior garden from all floors, each located on separate levels.
– Only our Type A villa model has an acoustic wall and carpeted cinema room.
– Only our Type A villa model has a separate covered garden storage room with access from the garden.
