Our project has been inspired by historical and architectural details of the houses of Karmi village which is located on the Beşparmak Mountains. The touches that we designed with simplicity and elegancy are waiting for you in this project.
In Edreville, which consists of 23 villas, a pool can be built optionally for 13 villas.

Proje Features
• Our project consists of 23 villas in total, in a unique location with olive trees that have taken root
in our country for centuries in the Edremit Region of Kyrenia. Pools can be built optionally for 13
of them.
• The location of our project, which will provide quick and easy access, is in the north of the
Kyrenia western freeway.
• Our A and C Type villas are in the form of 5 (4+1). The top floor (attic) of 4+1 villas can be used
as a terrace. (It is 232 m2.)
• Our B and D Type villas are 18 (3+1). It is 218 m2.
• All villas have their own private garden area, fireplace in the living room and parking spaces in
their own plots.
• All villas have a separate laundry room, a storage room under the stairs, a garden storage area, a
wc+shower on the ground floor and a room on the ground floor to be used as a bedroom or a
study room.
• The smallest bedroom of our project has a large and spacious design of 16 m2; All bedrooms of
the villas are en-suite.
• There is a 31m x 8m swimming pool for common use and an activity area to serve the pool on
our site.
• There is a chess playground, basketball court, walking path and children’s playground in the
green area.
• Radiator infrastructure compatible with air conditioner and heat pump.
