\u00d6zyal\u00e7\u0131n Engineering and Architecture Office was founded in 1991 in Kyrenia by O\u011fuz \u00d6zyal\u00e7\u0131n. In
1993, the company expanded its activities into the construction sector and has since continued its
journey under the name \u00d6zyal\u00e7\u0131n Construction. With its trustworthy approach, steady growth, and
quality-driven projects, \u00d6zyal\u00e7\u0131n Construction quickly became recognized as one of the most
reputable construction companies in Northern Cyprus.
Following the passing of the company\u2019s founder, O\u011fuz \u00d6zyal\u00e7\u0131n, in 2012, the second-generation
management has continued to carry the company forward with the same vision and core values.
Today, \u00d6zyal\u00e7\u0131n Construction stands as one of the largest construction companies in Northern
Cyprus, having developed 25 of the largest completed residential complexes in Kyrenia, supported by
